EVALUATION

Starting at the beginning of my journey, the first week was very nerve racking, meeting new people and most of all i had not been on a hair or make up course previously. During my first lessons i was lacking confidence in my own work, but look back on previous work to work i am producing now makes me extremely happy with how confident i have became. 
Research and practical lesson within make up i both really enjoyed an never really got distracted which meant they helped me a lot throughout my thought process for my final design. Sue and Kat have been very helpful throughout the 10 weeks of teaching and gave very clear instructions on how to do certain techniques. 
Building up to the assessment day i was very nervous i had only practiced my partners design on myself and not on her skin type. After the assessment i examined my partners face and i thought i did really well with making the make up look like her skin instead of it sitting on top on the face. When taking the pictures Sue did mention a few faults but they were expected with it being my first assessment but i know these mistakes will help me in future assessments. 
Assessment day for Laura was fab but i know she need a lot help with it, she had practiced once during one of the lessons, but when it came to the assessment day i found that she wasn't feel confident. I did put clear instructions up but i think applying the make up stage was the hard part for her. Unfortunately i did not have pleasant( dry and spotty)  skin during her assessment which meant it was harder for her to cover. But all together i thought she done had done a perfect job and it was similar to the look i wanted to portray. 
Overall, i am pleased with what i have achieved throughout my journey on the BA(hons) Make up and Hair course.
